Wilcox Environmental Engineering, Inc. (Wilcox) is proud to announce that Julie Delp has joined our firm, managing air permitting and compliance projects.  Julie comes to Wilcox with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry.  Julie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Purdue University.  Julie also obtained a Master of Science in Environmental Science degree, with a concentration in Hazardous Materials Management from Indiana University.  Having worked as a regulator, a consultant and in industry, Julie brings a wealth of diversified experience to support the growth in Wilcox's industrial compliance services. Particularly, Julie will provide technical oversight and managment of all air permitting and compliance projects, among other industrial compliance activities.
