New Remediation Provisions HEA 1162 awaits Governor's consideration
Astbury recently learned the Indiana General Assembly unanimously enacted HEA 1162 on April 29, 2009. HEA 1162 resolves a number of issues that have arisen since IDEM implemented risk-based environmental remediation programs.
